Disrupting current education delivery?

Just this week, we had our final Bush school for the term. A parent came up to me and asked if I wouldn't mind a hug. She said, 'Thank you so much. With the one day in the bush, my child is having less anxiety and can cope in the classroom. All of the teachers at the school are amazed at how transformative this experience has been for him". It is moments like these that I realise we are onto something. Education in NZ as we know it has to change. We must put together a new paradigm of how can we bring real-life experiences into the classroom on a regular basis? Or more importantly, how could we disrupt the current educational delivery of a normal school week into real-life experiences? #natureconnection #wellness #transformative

This is echoed more and more by forest providers both in NZ and Australia.
