About the Programme
In the winter, it is the time for colder, shorter days yet. It is a time for the plants and trees to relax and prepare for the next season. There is magic in the air with the early morning frosts, and patterns everywhere we look. Birds have migrated or have grown thicker coats and stayed. In this term course, we will do this and more. We will relax around the fire, look at the changing seasons, make and create from harvest's bounty and prepare the soil for spring.
