Spring: 'The Way of The Hunter'

If your child has never hunted and wanted to learn, here is an opportunity to give it a go. Are you unfamiliar with the basics of what it takes to hunt (equipment needed)? Or have you killed an animal but are unsure what to do next? These are just some of the common roadblocks separating us from what can be an incredible way to deepen our connection to the cycles of life and death, to our food source, and to the natural world.  

In this course, we’ll cover:

• Animal tracking and trailing
• Equipment
• Scouting, Awareness, & intuition
• Butchering & cooking

The facilitators will be Emilio and Peter. 

Age: 7 - 14 years 

Time: 10 – 2 pm

Location:  Living Springs Farm Park
