Little Guardians

Come along to experience our six-week programme, Little Guardians. In this trial programme, we will turn our attention to life on an organic dairy farm on the edge of Whakaraupō Harbour, and close to a delightful grove of redwoods.  In a mixture of free play, exploration and small group structured activities (that meet the NZ curriculum), we will learn about the animals, local plant and marine life as well as building awareness and sensory acuteness, self-care, quiet mind and empathy. Students will have the opportunity to nurture their connection to the land, learn real-life skills and in time, allow them to feel at home in the natural world. 

Age:  4.5 - 7 years old

Price:  $10/ hour  (+ daily OB Fees, if you visit the park afterwards)

Dates: Term 3 (August 12th, 19th, 26th; September 2th, 9th, 16th)

Other information: 

If you visit Orton Bradley Park, while you wait for your child/ren, please do bring cash to pay the OB Fees.
