**Early Bird** Bush Farm School (1)

Come along to experience our six-month programme, Bush Farm School. In Spring, in Term 4, we explore life on a New Zealand sheep farm.  In Summer, Term 1, we turn our attention to life in the Bush. In a mixture of free play, exploration and small group structured activities that meet the NZ curriculum, we will cover animal care, flora and fauna, as well as building awareness and sensory acuteness, self-care, quiet mind and empathy. Students will have the opportunity to nurture their connection to the land, learn real-life skills and in time, allow them to feel at home in the natural world. 

Age:  5-12 years (perfect for families)

Dates: Term 1 and Term 4,  9 - 3 pm

Days: 18 weeks: 15th,  22nd and 29th October; 5, 12, 19, and 26th November,  3rd December

4th, 11th, 18th and 25th February 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th March; 1st and 8th April. 

Other information: 

Welcome morning tea on the 15th of October, 9 - 10.30 am (with parents)

Christmas mid-celebration (and giving back) on the 3rd December, 12.30 pm (with parents)

Celebration shared-picnic (and giving back) on the 8th of April, 12.30 pm (with parents)
