Adult Programme: Nature, Creativity and Connection

In this short course, with Hahna Read, you will experience the art of deep nature connection otherwise known as forest bathing. You will be taken on a journey, through the use of guided meditation, before time to harness your creativity and make art from the materials you have found on the whenua. This is a not-to-be-missed opportunity.  

With our small class sizes, we will still operate in Level 2.

Age:  adults only 

Location:  100 Governors  Bay, Teddington Road.
